I had a great experience with Austin Brown making sure I didn't send my husband to Milwaukee from Albany for no reason if the car we were interested in was gone. He faithfully kept in contact with me over a few days since work schedules didn't allow my husband to go test drive until Saturday. We were considering buying without test driving 1st & Austin was 100% honest, open, and told us all the known issues, repairs etc. Including videos of it running, full body walk around & pictures of all the records etc. He was not pushy at all when my husband was more comfortable waiting to drive the car & was willing to help us out instead of pushing something on us just to make the sale.
